Returns & Exchanges

At Coxynest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we’re here to help:

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in saleable condition, with original tags/labels attached, and must be accompanied by the purchase invoice.

  • Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • Please note that due to differences in screen resolutions and lighting used during product photography, there may be a slight variation in color or texture. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for such reasons.

  • Only defected or incorrect items will be eligible for exchange or refund.

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service within 3 days of delivery by emailing clear images of the defected or wrong product to support@coxynest.com or calling us at 
    +92 337 2476745.

  • After reviewing your request, if approved, we will issue an online voucher equal to the value of the item(s).

Refunds

We follow a No Refund policy. However, in exceptional cases such as an item being out of stock after order placement, a refund may be issued.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Please allow up to 7 working days for return processing and 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to reflect on your statement.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before processing/shipping.

  • Once shipped, the order is subject to our Returns & Exchange Policy.

  • If your order is successfully cancelled, a full refund will be processed (excluding shipping charges if applicable).

  • Coxynest reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues.
